International Privacy and AI Attorney

We seek an attorney experienced in international privacy, data, AI, and tech regulations to join our team. In this role, you will handle GDPR, US privacy laws (COPPA, HIPAA, CCPA) and other related regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate data agreements (DPAs, BAAs)
  • Manage data requests and breaches
  • Ensure cross-border compliance
  • Provide advisory work and conduct privacy due diligence
  • Attend to commercial and IP matters as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years in privacy compliance at a law firm or large company (locally or abroad)
  • Extremely fluent or highly skilled in English
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, US privacy laws, and regulated technologies
  • Experience negotiating data agreements
  • Experience with AI-related advisory and agreements
  • Handling data breaches within privacy compliance
