What You'll Do
As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape high-leverage product experiences, designing exceptional UI and UX from concept to delivery. You'll ensure every experience is intuitive, effective, and delightful. You'll leverage AI tools for initial ideation, spec drafting, and risk assessment, and use tools like Cursor and Claude Code to create interactive prototypes and generate frontend code. Collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers is key from the outset, defining requirements, supporting the build process, and making engineering-aware design decisions. You will also validate designs through customer interaction and testing, track key metrics like funnels and retention, and identify high-impact improvements from the product backlog.
