- Shape high-leverage product experiences.
- Design exceptional UI and UX, from concept to delivery, using advanced tools to explore directions, increase speed, and improve quality, ensuring intuitive, effective, and delightful experiences.
- Utilize AI tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code) to clarify intent, draft specs, identify risks, and generate interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers from the outset, defining UX requirements early, supporting through QA and release, and making engineering-aware design decisions.
- Validate designs through direct customer interaction, quick tests, and performance tracking (funnels, retention, adoption) to inform future iterations.
- Identify high-leverage product improvements from the backlog, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions rapidly.
