Responsibilities

  • Shape high-leverage product experiences by designing intuitive, effective, and delightful UI and UX from concept to delivery.
  • Utilize AI tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code) to clarify intent, draft specifications, identify risks, and generate interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from the outset, defining UX requirements, supporting through QA and release, and making engineering-aware design decisions.
  • Conduct user research, run tests, and analyze data (funnels, retention, adoption) to validate designs, measure effectiveness, and inform future iterations.
  • Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities in the product backlog that can unlock business value, gain stakeholder alignment, and ensure rapid delivery.
