Responsibilities

• Amplify impact with AI: Integrate powerful AI tools into development workflows (design, implementation, testing, documentation) for faster, high-standard results.
• Master your toolkit: Work across diverse stacks with end-to-end ownership, selecting appropriate technologies (monoliths, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Rust) for each challenge.
• Build stuff that matters: Take ownership from idea to production, creating and evolving systems used by millions.
• Simplify relentlessly: Question complexity, improve architectures, pipelines, and codebases for simpler, more scalable, and maintainable systems.

Experienced candidates may earn £112,189-£250,512 in London or €107,837-€188,848 elsewhere. Compensation is location- and impact-dependent and grows with experience. Offers may include discounted company equity. Italy offers a 50% tax cut for relocators.
