About the Role

Meeting Street Massachusetts Inc is seeking a Medically Complex Care Consultation Program Coordinator to support children with complex medical needs. In this role, you will administer and coordinate the MC3 program under the guidance of the Director of Early Intervention, ensuring quality care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate the MC3 program.
  • Collect and analyze program data for MA DPH SDR.
  • Ensure timely, quality services for children and families.
  • Provide consultation, resources, training and support to families and providers.
  • Facilitate access to adaptive positioning, feeding, and assistive technology.
  • Review policies and procedures to meet DPH and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other programs to manage internal and external referrals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum two years’ experience with children with complex medical needs.
  • Valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of adaptive positioning, feeding, augmentative and assistive technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of resources for children with special health care needs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
