About The Role
In the role of Assistant Manager University Relations, you will lead efforts to build strong university engagement by developing strategies, managing relationships, executing campus drives, and enhancing the Meesho brand. This role requires talent acquisition, marketing, project management, and customer success skills.
What You Will Do
- Planning & Process: Build campus engagement & hiring strategy, playbook and calendar; collaborate with leaders for talent benchmarking.
- Execution: Maintain and leverage relationships with institutions, participate in campus drives, manage events and data.
- Branding: Develop year-long campus engagement strategy and innovative ideas to integrate Meesho culture.
- Organizational: Contribute to central TA and HR projects and activities.
What You Will Need
You should have 6-8 years of experience in managing early careers in a fast-paced environment. You must be knowledgeable in university recruitment best practices, comfortable using latest recruiting technologies, and capable of data-driven decision-making. Building and maintaining deep relationships with top tier universities alongside innovative campus engagement ideas are key. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and collaborative skills are essential.
