Junior Customer Success Associate

About the Role
This entry-level position is perfect for individuals at the beginning of their careers who aspire to enter the SaaS Customer Success field. You will collaborate closely with Senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to facilitate customer onboarding, manage communications, and oversee ongoing account management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses clear communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising on detail.
What You’ll Do
- Support the onboarding process for new customers in conjunction with Senior CSMs.
- Assist in tracking customer progress, adoption rates, and engagement levels.
- Participate in customer calls, meticulously taking structured notes and documenting follow-up actions.
- Help manage multiple customer accounts by diligently tracking tasks, timelines, and action items.
- Proactively monitor key customer health indicators and flag potential risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Sales) to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain CRM data integrity (e.g., HubSpot) by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and basic analyses of customer performance.
- Help prepare materials for customer check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
