We’re looking for a technically strong Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role will support Account Managers and Project Managers in delivering high-quality data insights and sustainability outcomes for our clients — spanning consulting projects, customer data analysis, and reporting.Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret customer data to surface meaningful insights and support client decision-making.
- Support consulting and sustainability projects across a range of enterprise accounts.
- Assist with data reporting, MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification), and sustainability insights workflows.
- Help Account Managers and Project Managers scale by handling analytical and technical workstreams.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for client-facing teams.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in data analytics, environmental science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with data tools (Python, R, SQL, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, e.g., Spanish and Portuguese, are a plus.
- (Optional, a big plus) Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, carbon accounting, or MRV methodologies.
