About the Role

The company is seeking a Front-End Engineer to help shape the product's next chapter in an equity-only role focused on web interfaces with mobile interfaces planned for the future.

Responsibilities

• Build modular, scalable web interfaces (native app work is planned for future phases)
• Collaborate across product and backend teams to deliver clean, robust front-end architecture
• Own the user experience: design, translate feedback, and iterate quickly
• Ensure interface consistency and performance driven by clinical workflows

Qualifications

• Strong, well-informed opinions on how front-end should be structured, especially in secure, mission-critical systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to break down technical decisions clearly
• Independent, high-output mindset—moves quickly and executes efficiently
• Prior experience in web ecosystems; native app familiarity is a plus
• Clinical or healthcare experience is welcome but not required

Pay range and compensation package

This is an equity-only role with no salary at this early stage.
