Business Analyst Trainee at MedTourEasy
We are looking for Business Analyst trainees for our upcoming traineeship program. This program is designed to equip candidates with practical skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
Business Analyst Trainee Responsibilities:
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will be completing assigned learning modules to build foundational knowledge.
- Week 3: Live Project – Candidates will be working on a live project assigned by MedTourEasy, applying learned concepts in a practical setting.
- Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will be preparing and submitting a comprehensive project report, showcasing their analysis and findings.
Business Analyst Trainee Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of accountability and self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Receptiveness to feedback and strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and commitment to meet deadlines consistently.
