About MedTourEasy
MedTourEasy is looking for highly motivated Business Analyst trainees to join our upcoming traineeship program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical experience, preparing you for a successful career in business analysis.
Business Analyst Trainee Responsibilities
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules: Candidates will complete assigned learning modules, building foundational knowledge in business analysis.
- Week 3: Live Project: Candidates will work on a real-world project assigned by the company, applying their newly acquired skills.
- Week 4: Project Report: Candidates will prepare and submit a detailed project report, showcasing their analysis and findings.
Business Analyst Trainee Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of accountability, motivation, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Receptiveness to feedback and strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
