Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for Data Analyst Trainees for our upcoming traineeship program at MedTourEasy. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and develop essential skills in data analytics.
Data Analyst Trainee Responsibilities
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will complete assigned learning modules, building foundational knowledge in data analytics.
- Week 3: Live Project – Candidates will work on a live project assigned by MedTourEasy, applying learned concepts in a real-world setting.
- Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will prepare and submit a comprehensive project report, showcasing their analytical insights and findings.
Data Analyst Trainee Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of accountability and strong motivation to learn and excel.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Receptiveness to feedback and strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness and commitment to meet deadlines consistently.
