Data Analyst Trainee Responsibilities:

• Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will complete assigned learning modules, building a foundational understanding of data analytics principles and tools.
• Week 3: Live Project – Trainees will apply their knowledge by working on a real-world live project assigned by the company, gaining practical experience.
• Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will prepare a comprehensive project report, documenting their findings, methodologies, and outcomes, which will then be submitted.

Data Analyst Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with computers, particularly MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A high level of accountability and intrinsic motivation to learn and excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective time and project management capabilities, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Receptiveness to feedback and a strong sense of adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to meet stringent deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
