We are looking for Data Analysis Trainees for our upcoming traineeship program. This program is designed to equip aspiring data professionals with practical skills and hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Program Responsibilities:

• Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will be completing the learning modules assigned, building a strong foundational knowledge in data analytics.
• Week 3: Live Project – Candidates will be working on a live project assigned to them by the company, gaining valuable practical experience.
• Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will be preparing a comprehensive project report and submitting it, demonstrating their analytical capabilities and project insights.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High level of accountability and motivation, with a strong drive to learn and contribute.
• Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment.
• Willingness to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
