MedTourEasy Bengaluru is seeking enthusiastic Business Analyst Trainees to join our upcoming traineeship program. This program is designed to equip aspiring professionals with essential skills and practical experience in business analysis within a dynamic environment.
Business Analyst Trainee Responsibilities
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules: Candidates will diligently complete assigned learning modules, building a strong theoretical foundation.
- Week 3: Live Project: Candidates will apply their knowledge by actively working on a live project assigned by the company, gaining hands-on experience.
- Week 4: Project Report: Candidates will meticulously prepare and submit a comprehensive project report, showcasing their analysis and findings.
Business Analyst Trainee Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated high level of accountability and self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities.
