Role: Social Media & Operations Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (primarily work from office with flexibility)

Role Description

This is a hands-on execution role where you will work directly with the founder to manage social media, audience engagement, and day-to-day operational tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling both content and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Execution: Upload and schedule content on Instagram and YouTube. Write simple, clear captions (guidance will be provided). Assist in basic content formatting using Canva.
  • Audience Engagement (High Priority): Reply to Instagram DMs and comments. Share relevant links, forms, and information. Handle basic queries and guide users correctly. Support in lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Content & Document Support: Convert raw content into structured documents (PDFs, guides). Organize career-related information in a clear format. Maintain basic content and data files.
  • Operations Support: Assist in daily coordination and execution tasks. Help maintain workflow and content systems.
