Job Description
Data Analytics Trainee at Medlytics
We are looking for Data Analytics trainees for our upcoming traineeship program. This program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and experience necessary to excel in the field of data analytics.
Program Structure
- Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will be completing comprehensive learning modules assigned to them.
- Week 3: Live Project – Candidates will be working on a real-time project assigned by the company, applying their newly acquired skills.
- Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will be preparing a detailed project report and submitting it upon completion.
Trainee Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- High level of accountability and motivation.
- Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities.
- Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability.
- Willingness to meet deadlines.
