Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that are meticulously aligned with both business objectives and overarching marketing goals.
• Continuously refine SEO approaches based on in-depth performance insights, thorough competitor analysis, and evolving market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee all critical technical SEO elements, including navigating Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, optimizing rendering solutions, and refining site architecture for optimal search engine crawlability and indexing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with development teams to ensure the flawless integration of technical SEO best practices into all relevant projects and releases.
• Track, monitor, and rigorously evaluate key SEO metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
• Provide actionable, data-backed insights to drive ongoing improvements in organic search performance across all targeted properties.
• Develop comprehensive and insightful reports to keep all stakeholders fully informed of SEO progress, challenges encountered, and emerging opportunities.
• Present detailed performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring complete alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
• Stay consistently ahead of industry trends, major algorithm updates, and regulatory changes, meticulously assessing their potential impact on our current and future SEO strategy.

Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of hands-on, progressive SEO experience, with a demonstrably strong track record in technical SEO and the execution of data-driven strategies.
• Have 2+ years of specialized iGaming experience as an SEO Manager, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
• Exhibit fluency in Swedish or demonstrate 2+ years of direct experience and proven success within the Swedish market.
• Hold a deep and nuanced understanding of SPA optimization techniques, efficient site architecture design, and advanced rendering solutions.
• Show proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical SEO issues effectively to significantly improve overall search engine visibility.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to accurately interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Be thoroughly familiar with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and various third-party SEO platforms.
• Be skilled in creating clear, concise, and insight-focused reports tailored for various stakeholder audiences.
• Be capable of translating complex analytical data into understandable, clear, and impactful strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in driving and sustaining generic keyword rankings for high-value terms.
• Possess a proven track record of elevating organic traffic through meticulously targeted and effective SEO initiatives.
