Event and Brand Sponsorship Manager
Medier Agency is seeking an experienced Brand Sponsorship Manager to join our team in Portugal. This role is pivotal in organizing and delivering high-impact industry events within the iGaming space, focusing on major conferences and partner gatherings.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on Event Manager with a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will own the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and research through to flawless execution. Bringing fresh ideas and innovative formats for partner events is key to shaping our brand's presence and fostering strong industry relationships.
What You'll Do
- Organize and manage partner events, private gatherings, and networking parties alongside major industry conferences.
- Plan and execute the company’s sponsored presence at key industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and smooth coordination.
- Develop creative concepts for partner events, enhancing the overall experience, atmosphere, and guest engagement.
- Research and propose suitable venues, unique locations, and event formats aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Source and coordinate artists, entertainment, DJs, performers, and other elements to elevate event experiences.
- Identify and organize partner gifts and branded merchandise, managing sourcing, production, and delivery.
- Manage guest logistics, including invitations, guest lists, and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including venues, entertainment providers, production teams, and suppliers.
- Oversee the operational aspects of events: timelines, vendor coordination, budgeting, contracts, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to ensure events support partner relationship building.
- Act as a creative and operational partner, contributing innovative ideas for locations, gifts, and event concepts.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an in-house Event Manager or Event Brand Manager.
- Proven experience organizing industry events, partner gatherings, or conference-side events.
- Background in iGaming (preferred) or large international IT/tech companies.
- Strong creativity with the ability to suggest venues, experiences, gifts, and event concepts.
- Demonstrated experience managing events end-to-end, including vendor sourcing and logistics.
- Ability to research and coordinate international vendors, venues, and entertainment.
- Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian.
- Strong working proficiency in English.
