About Mediens
Mediens is a growing digital business accelerator. We partner with experts to help them build audiences through social media content and launch digital products (courses, coaching programs, and online services).We are a small team of 11 people, composed of 3 partners who work quickly and are very data-oriented. We value clarity, accountability for metrics, and the ability to execute without losing focus.Our Projects
You will primarily work with 'El Camino del Cambio,' one of Mediens' most powerful projects. This is an online digital training program led by Fito Florensa, aimed at men and women over 40 who want to improve their physical fitness, gain strength, take better care of themselves, and feel good again, even with limited time. The program combines training, nutrition guidance, follow-up, and an active support community via WhatsApp. Additionally, the project is supported by real transformation cases and visibility from well-known figures, giving it a very attractive and commercially easy-to-communicate value proposition.What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a sales professional with real experience in telephone sales and closing via WhatsApp for infoproducts, online programs, mentorships, or digital services. We are not looking for customer service roles. We are not looking for junior profiles. We want someone who knows how to sell, follow up, and close. You will work with qualified leads and databases in a demanding, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Your Mission
- Call qualified leads.
- Sell by phone and WhatsApp.
- Follow up until closing.
- Reactivate database.
- Work towards objectives and conversion.
You Fit If:
- You have experience closing by call and WhatsApp.
- You know how to handle objections and don't get discouraged by a "let me think about it."
- You follow up with criteria and consistency.
- You are comfortable working 100% on commission.
