Overview
Medical City Arlington is seeking a Supervisor House Admin to join our team, ensuring facility operations run effectively and timely. In this role, you will work closely with department management to address staffing issues, facilitate facility transfers, and assign patient beds following Acuity and Service Line Standards. You will also be responsible for providing exemplary customer service and ensuring hospital policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations during night shifts with rotating weekends.
- Address staffing issues and facilitate patient bed assignments.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and initiate disaster protocols.
- Respond promptly to staff needs regarding medical records and other supplies.
- Facilitate facility transfers in accordance with established guidelines.

Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within 90 days.
- Registered Nurse (RN) credentials or Associate/Bachelor's Degree.
- Recent ICU or ER experience is preferred.
