This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager based in the continental United States. Join MASA and lead QA teams ensuring high-quality software releases.

What You Will Do
- Lead QA initiatives ensuring every software release meets high standards.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts.
- Drive adoption of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, and Postman.
- Oversee regression coverage and defect tracking.
- Mentor both onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Implement best practices for quality reporting.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in QA with at least 2-3 years in a lead/management role.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile, and QA processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, and JMeter.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Bonus: Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong organizational skills capable of handling multiple projects.
