Job Description: Coordination Hors-Média

As part of our development, we are seeking a Hors-Média Coordinator (M/F) for our Commercial Department. As a Hors-Média Coordinator, you will play a central role in commercial coordination and provide assistance to the Hors-Média Sales Director. You will be responsible for the organization, preparation, and execution of the Hors-Média Department's activities, supporting the sales team. You will ensure rigorous follow-up of contracts, invoicing, and commercial opportunities, while facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. Your missions will include:

Management and Coordination of Hors-Média Projects

  • Manage the hors-media planning.
  • Act as the interface for specific requests.
  • Participate in updating annual price offers.
  • Oversee project stages from commercial validation to contractualization.
  • Track client invoicing: follow-ups and dispute management.
  • Assist sales representatives in creating well-argued commercial proposals.

Strategic Contribution and Offer Monitoring

  • Send national contracts.
  • Manage the database of product sheets and the price catalog in collaboration with our Marketing department.
  • Transmit opportunities, remaining inventory, and negotiation rates to the markets.
  • Operate our internal tool for product creation related to assets and update monitoring.
  • Report on turnover with the Hors-Média team.
  • Collect and analyze performance indicator data.

Administrative and Organizational Support

  • Manage travel for the entire team.
  • Assist the Hors-Média Sales Director in her daily tasks.
  • Conduct strategic monitoring of event-based operations.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

  • Knowledge of the Quality and Environmental policy.
  • Promote this policy, including aspects of the MEDIATRANSPORTS offer that stem from it (e.g., calculating the carbon footprint of campaigns).
  • Master the key elements that demonstrate MEDIATRANSPORTS' commitment to the ISO 14001 standard (regarding carbon footprint reduction, waste reduction, etc.).
  • Integrate daily practices consistent with the company's environmental commitments (waste sorting, prioritizing public transport, limiting consumption and preventing waste, being mindful of email usage by avoiding redundant large files, respecting the company's archiving policy for emails).

Qualifications

You hold a Bac+2 degree, ideally in commerce. You have at least two years of experience in a similar role, including internships or apprenticeships. Knowledge of advertising display is a plus. You have a strong command of the Office Suite and are comfortable with commercial management software. You are capable of structuring and optimizing administrative processes to support the development of the Hors-Média department. Furthermore, your ability to manage a budget with precision is well-established. Finally, proficiency in English is essential (minimum B2 level) to communicate easily in a professional and international context.

You are recognized for your autonomy and your ability to take initiative to advance projects. You can quickly understand needs, whether they come from internal teams, clients, or partners. Your agility allows you to adapt to unforeseen circumstances while maintaining a keen sense of priorities. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating exchanges with diverse stakeholders. Finally, your strong team spirit naturally leads you to collaborate, share information, and contribute to a positive collective dynamic.
