Job Description
Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Supervisor
Mediant Health Resources is seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Supervisor to join their team. This permanent role is based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years supporting enterprise Revenue Cycle applications, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules (e.g., Resolute Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Claims, Charge Capture, Prelude).
- Proven success leading revenue cycle system upgrades, integrated testing cycles, and large-scale optimization initiatives.
- Experience implementing Agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows including registration, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, reimbursement, and denial management.
- Epic Certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
