Role Overview

At MediaAlpha, the Manager, People Operations is a strategic partner and culture champion focused on building an engaged, high-performing, and values-driven organization. The role oversees people initiatives across engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partnership: Consult with leaders on organizational changes, team dynamics, and culture promotion.
  • Performance Management & Talent Development: Manage performance review cycles, calibration, and career path refinements.
  • Team Member Engagement & Experience: Plan and deliver engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Learning & Development: Design, coordinate, and execute training programs and internal workshops.
  • People Programs & Strategic Initiatives: Maintain HR documentation and support compensation and planning processes.

Requirements

5-7 years of HR or people operations experience, strong problem-solving abilities, creative mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and proficiency in HR tools like Namely, Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Lattice, and Confluence.

Preferred Attributes

Curious, collaborative, and committed to team member success with high integrity and empathy-driven leadership, especially in startup or smaller company environments.

Compensation & Benefits
