Project Manager Social Media at Media Needs
Media Needs is seeking a Project Manager / Account Manager experienced in digital marketing, client management, and project coordination. If you are passionate about communication, have strategic vision, and enjoy turning needs into real actions, we want to hear from you. We offer the opportunity to manage the communication of different companies, create advertising campaigns, transmmedia campaigns combined with social media, and audiovisual and web content creation.

We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and digitally savvy individual. Someone capable of managing accounts closely and efficiently, coordinating internal teams, and identifying opportunities to grow brands in digital environments. A person with a current perspective, knowledge of how social media works, and the sensitivity to understand what each client needs at any given moment. We are seeking someone eager to grow professionally, who believes in our project and wants to achieve importance with us to make this agency a benchmark company.
Responsibilities
- Integral account management and direct client follow-up
- Planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects
- Creation and supervision of online and offline communication and advertising campaigns
- Management of editorial calendars and social media content
- Coordination with creative, design, video, and advertising teams
- Analysis of results and proposal of strategic improvements
- Identification of new growth opportunities for assigned accounts
Candidate Profile
- High level of written proficiency in Catalan and Spanish is essential.
- Knowledge of graphic design.
- 3 years of experience in account management or project management in an agency or digital environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media, formats, and trends.
- Ability to create and supervise digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms.
- Experience in SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge of web design and WordPress will be valued.
- Good level of organization and simultaneous management of multiple projects.
- Communication skills, initiative, and client orientation.
- Oral and written English proficiency will be valued.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute ideas.
- Analytical skills when presenting reports to clients.
- A driver's license is essential.
