About Medentika

As part of the Straumann Group, MEDENTiKA combines cutting-edge dental technology 'Made in Germany' with the strength of a global corporation and the agility of a medium-sized company.

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA & Process Automation Specialist to strengthen our team in Hügelsheim as soon as possible. This role will actively support our S/4HANA upgrade, further develop digital processes in the SAP and Microsoft 365 environment, and sustainably drive the automation of manual workflows. This position is limited until the end of 2027.

Your Responsibilities as SAP S/4HANA & Process Automation Specialist

  • Support the SAP upgrade to S/4HANA.
  • Conduct functional tests, including documentation of test results.
  • Prepare and support the Hypercare phase after Go-live.
  • Be the contact person for SAP-related user questions and provide daily business support.
  • Perform error analysis and follow-up in collaboration with involved teams.
  • Create and maintain user guides, and conduct user training.
  • Drive SAP-related digitalization and automation.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint forms and lists.
  • Build Power Automate workflows.
  • Develop reporting and evaluation solutions.
  • Automate manual process steps.
  • Prepare and validate data.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with an IT/process focus) or comparable qualification.
  • Interest in SAP processes, testing, documentation, and digitalization.
  • Structured, reliable working style and enjoyment in completing tasks thoroughly.
  • Good German language skills and ideally good English language skills (for documentation/coordination).
  • Proficient in common Office applications.
  • First contact with SAP (e.g., internship, working student job, project).
  • Experience with SharePoint and/or Power Automate.
  • Basic understanding of data (e.g., evaluations, validation, simple reports).
  • Initial experience in user support or training.
