UX/UI Designer

The Role

Medcan is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our Technology Team. Help clients live healthier, happier lives through evidence-based digital experiences that enhance usability and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, brand-consistent digital experiences.
• Improve and optimize user interfaces and usability.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and developers from concept to delivery.
• Maintain visual consistency using design systems and WCAG standards.
• Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.

What You'll Need

• User-focused mindset with passion for solving problems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital/mobile applications.
• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
• At least 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.

Work Arrangement & Location

This is a full-time hybrid position (2 days in office) based in downtown Toronto at 150 York St. near St. Andrew station and Union Station.

Compensation

Base salary range: 71,465.00 - 98,264.75 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
