The Opportunity

Medavie seeks a strategic and people-focused Team Leader IT Business Services to direct our Enterprise Business Analysis (EBA) team and shape our EBA framework. The role involves mentoring approximately 8 senior Business Analysts and collaborating with IT, CPMO, and business stakeholders to align business needs with delivery outcomes.

  • Lead and evolve EBA framework.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Manage staffing, performance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.

What You Bring

You should have a diploma or degree in a related field with over 5 years of leadership experience. Proven expertise in IT project delivery, business analysis, and preferably certifications in IIBA CBAP and Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen are valued.
