The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment & HR Coordinator on a 6-month term remote basis. This role supports the full-cycle recruitment process and new hire onboarding, ensuring top-notch candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Post positions, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct telephone pre-screen interviews and coordinate assessments.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and documentation.
  • Provide technical application support and maintain relationship with stakeholders.
  • Perform recruitment administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years providing administrative and customer support.
  • Post-secondary education in HR, business, or administration.
  • Experience in recruitment/HR is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual in French and English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS.

Compensation & Work Details

This is a casual position with a base pay range of 23.74 - 26.71 CAD per hour. Additional performance incentives may apply.
