The Opportunity

Perform financial analysis to support various practice lines including Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesia, Urgent Care, and other specialties. You will work within Oracle Financial environments like NetSuite and Oracle EPM, create templates, conduct analyses, and run ad hoc reports.

• Analyze key operational and financial metrics for proposals.
• Participate in month-end close processes and forecasting.
• Create dashboards, financial models and pro-formas for business decisions.
• Collaborate with FP&A team and other stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, enterprise planning, and special projects.

Required Experience and Competencies

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in math, economics, finance, or accounting plus a minimum of one year in finance-related experience. Project management skills, strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Oracle and other financial reporting systems are preferred. The role also requires excellent communication skills and a strong team collaboration spirit.
