About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager - Automation AI at Medallion, you will own the strategy and development of our platform product with a focus on building automation and AI-driven solutions.

  • Ownership: Define and own product strategy and roadmap.
  • Strategy: Develop and maintain a 12-18 month roadmap.
  • Execution: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs for product delivery.
  • Rollout: Partner with product marketing for successful feature launch.
  • Analytics: Establish frameworks for measuring product success.

Requirements & Plusses

Minimum 4+ years in product management and 1+ years on a platform product, with a proven track record in partnering with engineering and GTM teams. Plusses include experience in workflow automation, leveraging AI, and building healthcare enterprise products.
