Job Details

Job Purpose

The Associate Solutions Consultant works as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of Med-Metrix’s Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology. This includes Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow. Candidates should understand software implementations and support various project phases including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings to document current workflows using Visio.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode for Development and QA teams.
  • Analyze user acceptance testing results for error resolution.
  • Work with large data sets to identify process improvements.
  • Support clients post-deployment, including leading support calls.
  • Diagnose application bugs in collaboration with MMX Development and QA teams.
  • Ensure PHI is used in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Proven ability with MS Excel and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and collaborate across multiple projects.

Working Conditions

Flexible schedule, travel up to 15%, occasional physical tasks, and a calm work environment.
