About the Role

As part of its growth, Mecalux France, with 250 employees, is recruiting an Electromechanical Support Technician (H/F). You will be the primary contact for our users in the post-installation phase of our robotic systems. You will handle first and second-level technical incident management, depending on your experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose electro-mechanical and/or automation malfunctions of our clients' installations remotely, using information, measurements, and feedback provided by users or our supervision tools.
• Update the incident knowledge database and record actions taken daily (ITSM), and contribute to writing technical guides for Customer Support.
• Participate in resolving issues on industrial networks (programmable logic controllers, routers, IP equipment, variable speed drives, safety modules).
• Liaise with our field technicians, escalate complex technical problems, and assist them remotely. If necessary, you may also intervene on-site.
• Assist clients in understanding our solutions and provide technical support.
• Report key information to the Customer Service and Quality Departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
• Replace and commission control components (PCs, actuators, safety modules, etc.), integrating them into the network.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 level education (BTS MSMA, MAI, MI, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales service or industrial maintenance.
• Solid foundation in Electricity and Mechanics (ability to read technical diagrams) and understanding of industrial machine operating logic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong pedagogical approach to explain complex technical procedures remotely.
• Comfortable with telephone and IT tools, calm, composed, and stress-resistant, with strong listening and customer relations skills.
• Technical English proficiency (for documentation reading) is required for this role.
