The Role

The Account Executive is a key member of our Higher Education sales team, responsible for managing, renewing, and growing an existing portfolio of clients. This role requires a proven track record in B2B solution sales, customer service and a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong client relationships and expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to maximize renewals.
  • Generate demand by articulating Meazure Learning's value proposition.
  • Conduct status calls and account reviews with client executives.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage accounts and pipeline.
  • Address client requests, resolve issues, and handle escalations.
  • Develop strategic account and opportunity plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota and retention targets, with up to 25% travel.

Desired Attributes

Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably with Challenger sales methodology, Salesforce, and other productivity tools. Candidates should have outstanding relationship-building abilities, a proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
