Position Overview

The Business Analyst role is a key position working with the Leadership Team and Department Heads to provide data, reporting, analysis, and insights that drive decision-making and strategic presentations to the Board and investors. This dynamic role suits a self-starter with startup experience and proven analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insight: Structure and conduct diverse analyses including customer retention, meals performance, market performance, and more, delivering insight and ad hoc support.
• Business Reporting: Develop standardized metrics and reports for internal and external stakeholders; work with multiple departments including Finance for alignment.
• Data Management and Structure: Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to organize data and maintain documentation on the data environment and processes.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a data or business analyst with expertise in SQL, Metabase, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. Experience in startup environments, online retail, and the food industry is a plus. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to extract insights from data.
