Responsibilities
- Leverage existing relationships and expand network with key industry decision makers.
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to enhance visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns targeting executives.
- Coordinate with the Vice President to review and select strategic projects.
- Partner with project teams to develop proposals and specifications.
- Assist in closing sales and securing signed contracts.
- Develop annual marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in industrial construction or related industries.
- Established network within the industrial construction market, especially in the upper Midwest and Southeast.
- Strong business development and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Information
This is an in-person role based in Rosemont, IL headquarters or the Auburn, AL regional office (with required travel to Rosemont two days/month). A valid U.S. Driver’s License and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.
