Role Overview
The PR, Influencer & Community Marketing Manager leads North America’s integrated strategy across earned media, influencer marketing, VIP engagement and creator-driven community building. This role connects storytelling with media, creators, and community amplification to enhance brand desirability before, during, and after key brand events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead North America’s PR, influencer, and community marketing strategy.
- Define storytelling pillars that align with global messaging and local culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Retail, E-comm, and Creative teams.
- Oversee influencer, creator, and VIP partnerships, including seeding and campaign management.
- Build and activate a creator and community ecosystem around seasonal launches and cultural events.
- Manage guest lists and on-site talent deliverables at key events.
- Secure strategic media coverage in top-tier publications.
- Manage agency relationships, budget planning, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years experience in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty PR and influencer marketing.
- Proven experience managing integrated communications and large-scale activations.
- Strong editorial and talent relationships across North America.
- Creative, strategic, and organized with a connector mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and performance KPIs.
