Responsibilities of a Financial Customer Support Representative
- Learn and execute our proven sales and client service systems.
- Connect with individuals and families who have proactively requested information.
- Conduct virtual consultations effectively via phone or Zoom.
- Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients in making informed financial decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless follow-up processes.

Requirements
