Responsibilities of a Financial Customer Support Representative

  • Learn and execute our proven sales and client service systems.
  • Connect with individuals and families who have proactively requested information.
  • Conduct virtual consultations effectively via phone or Zoom.
  • Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients in making informed financial decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to consistently deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Meet activity and performance benchmarks to unlock significant growth and income opportunities.
  • Maintain full compliance with state insurance and licensing guidelines.
  • Actively participate in weekly virtual meetings, coaching, and training sessions.
  • Build long-term client relationships using both company-provided and self-generated leads.
  • Help families secure appropriate protection and long-term financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Background in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required.
  • Comfortable and proficient in using technology and virtual communication tools.
  • Possess strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by achieving goals.
  • Maintain a professional presence during phone and Zoom interactions.
  • Client-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License, or a strong willingness to obtain it within 7–10 days (we provide comprehensive guidance and support for licensing).
  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, which may include some evenings or weekends.
