There’s no cold calling and no door-knocking. You’ll work with a consistent flow of clients who have already requested information and are actively seeking guidance.
Responsibilities of a Client Services Assistant
- Learn and execute our proven sales and client service systems.
- Connect with individuals and families who have requested information.
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom.
- Clearly explain coverage options and help clients make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Meet activity and performance benchmarks that unlock growth and income opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with state insurance and licensing guidelines.
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings, coaching, and training sessions.
- Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Help families secure appropriate protection and financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Background in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred (not required).
- Comfortable using technology and virtual communication tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
- Professional presence over the phone and Zoom.
- Client-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 7–10 days — we provide guidance and support).
- Flexibility to meet client schedules, including some evenings or weekends.
