About the Role
Do you love exploring the future of leadership, learning & development, and HR? McLean & Company invites you to join their Learning Solutions Research team as a Senior Learning Analyst to create research-driven learning products for HR professionals and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, research-driven learning guides, infographics, and tools.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to outline best practices.
- Participate in peer reviews and integrate feedback.
- Partner with Instructional Designers to integrate research insights.
- Advise clients on L&D strategies and program implementation.
