Job Description

Position Summary

Under general direction, the Pharmacist provides prescribed medications and pharmaceutical products for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. This role involves advising and consulting with medical staff, other health professionals, patients, and families on pharmaceutical and patient care issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with BS Pharm or PharmD Degree.
  • Completion of pharmacy internship and holds state licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of hospital pharmacy experience.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with variable daily work times and 80 scheduled biweekly hours. The role includes weekend shifts but no on-call duties.
