You will be based in our San José, Costa Rica office as part of our Wave team. Wave is part of McKinsey Transformation, a growth platform that provides organizations with the ability to unlock potential through holistic, enduring, large-scale transformations. Wave equips clients to successfully manage improvement programs and transformations. Focused on business impact, Wave allows clients to track the impact of individual initiatives and understand how they affect longer term goals. Your Impact

In this role, your typical project involves leading problem-solving sessions with clients and McKinsey colleagues to understand business requirements as well as translate them into technical and functional requirements for the Wave solution.

You will also be an advisor on the Wave/McKinsey Transformation recipe and play an integral role in the client onboarding experience and capability building.

During the project lifecycle, you will play a critical role in managing your project deliverables as well as design dashboards and software solutions to specific client situations, becoming the voice of the client with our product team.

In addition to project delivery, you will also contribute to operational improvements and participate in developing new verticals or innovations.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Project management experience with cloud implementation programs
• Experience working with client service, project management and change management
• Very strong problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate coding/software development skills
• Independent self-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks or projects in parallel
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity
• Strong communications skills to facilitate discussions and conduct trainings
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Portuguese proficiency ( written/spoken ) is a plus
