Your Impact

In the role of a Healthcare Analytics Analyst, you will be part of consulting teams focused on quantitative analyses and AI/ML approaches. You will:

  • Analyze and model large datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to build platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and ML/AI models using Python, low-code/no-code tools and visualization tools.
  • Engage with healthcare clients including public bodies and providers.
  • Drive the firm’s proprietary innovation and healthcare knowledge portfolio.

Your Qualifications and Skills

You should have a completed degree in computer or data analytics/science, preferably with a focus on biostatistics, bioinformatics or epidemiology. Additional qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong programming skills with Python and/or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly) and SQL.
  • An interest in healthcare topics, with experience in the Saudi healthcare system as a plus.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records, clinical terminologies (ICD, CPT, SNOMED) and health data standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Familiarity with omics data and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities in Arabic and English.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
