Your Impact
Based in our Toronto, Canada office as part of the Market Intelligence team at Panorama, you will leverage proprietary data and banking insights to help clients define strategic opportunities and benchmark performance. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with global McKinsey colleagues.
Your focus includes deep-dive research on banking, customer demographics, and regional trends, developing proprietary assets, and delivering actionable strategic insights for clients.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in economics, banking, finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, private equity, or similar areas
- Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with R, Python, or advanced analytics tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
