About the role
About the Role
As a Finance Specialist, you will take ownership of financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial success of our initiatives. As a business partner for local leaders, you will prepare and review business cases, track and validate financial impacts, conduct trend analyses, and create detailed financial reports. You will be based in Paris as part of our Finance team. This team collaborates closely with firm functions to ensure we operate in compliance with local regulations.Who You'll Work With

Your Qualifications and Skills
- A five-year degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or economics is required.
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to financial analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with financial tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; experience in efficient data management and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SAP, SAC) would be a plus.
- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial tracking methodologies.
- Sensitivity in handling confidential information, with a commitment to upholding the highest professional and process standards.
- Ability to work on-site at our Paris office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders; business level communication skills in French is a plus.
