Your Impact
As a Delivery Manager - Digital, you will lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients. This includes designing and implementing solutions to ensure high-quality technology delivery. You will build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key Technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and strategic priorities deeply. Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients. You will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, driving a structured approach to complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices. Additionally, you will strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying project learnings and sharing insights with your teams. You will also have the autonomy to chart your own development journey through formal training and mentorship.
Your Qualifications and Skills
Candidates for the Delivery Manager - Digital role should possess an undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, coupled with an outstanding academic record. You must have 6+ years of private sector experience, with a clear record of achievements and a proven drive for personal growth, international experience being a plus. Demonstrated experience in Financial Services across areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance is essential. Proven expertise in technology and digital advisory and implementation is required, with the ability to drive core technology offerings like IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or data transformation. A strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of transformations within financial services is crucial for creating value-driven technology strategies. You should have a proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy aligned with client goals and innovation. Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management, is necessary. Experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, or productivity improvement is a plus. The role requires the ability to successfully manage small-to-medium sized projects and/or manage small units with budget responsibility. Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, along with a high level of client service commitment, are paramount. Effective communication of complex ideas in both English and Arabic is required, as is a willingness to travel.
