Your Impact
- Lead post-sales engagements and manage client relationships.
- Collaborate with client development, operations, and advisory teams.
- Optimize onboarding, training, and communication strategies.
- Drive product adoption including the GenAI-enabled Virtual Coach.
- Manage contract extensions, renewals and billing matters.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an excellent academic record with an undergraduate degree (MBA/graduate degree is a plus) and 5+ years of account or relationship management experience. Experience with SaaS, CRM, and digital products is required. Travel up to 20% is expected, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Location & Work Environment
This role is based in Chicago, New York, or Miami, with interaction across the Americas. You will work with McKinsey Transformation Practice and support large-scale transformation programs using WAVE, a cloud-based program management solution.
