About the role
About the Role
This role is a one-year fixed-term contract designed to meet an immediate production capacity need. You will be responsible for creating professional business presentations for client communication purposes. Collaborating closely with consultants, you will transform drafts into impactful, audience-tailored slides that align with McKinsey, client brand, and design guidelines. Your work will involve enhancing the quality of PowerPoint presentations by creating new slides, editing, formatting, ensuring consistent style application, and applying visual improvements. You may also design bespoke presentations with images, vector illustrations, infographics, basic animations, and data-driven graphs, based on thorough design briefings and joint problem-solving with consultants.

Visual Graphics is a team of professional business presentation designers who assist consultants with internal and external communication materials, primarily PowerPoint presentations, but also other print and digital media.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in graphics design or similar certification.
- 1+ years of work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good organizational skills, attention to accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle daily deadlines, unexpected situations, and last-minute changes.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative problem-solving, and a quality-driven mindset.

- Native-level French and fluent English business communication skills (written and spoken).
